These Terms of Service govern your use of the Naybur Contracting website (naybur.ca and naybur-premium-builds.web.app), your communication with us, and any consultation or service quote arising from that contact. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

3. Information on this site
Photos, descriptions, and pricing ranges shown on this site are for illustration. Final scope, materials, and pricing for any project are confirmed in a written quote following an in-person consultation. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
4. Consultations & quotes
Initial consultations are offered free of charge across our service area. Booking a consultation through this site, our voice assistant Brittany, or by phone is not a commitment to proceed with any work. A binding agreement only exists once both parties have signed a written contract for a specific project.
5. Lead capture & contact data
When you submit a form, speak to Brittany (our voice assistant), or otherwise reach out, we collect the contact details you provide (name, phone, email, project notes). We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and coordinate your project. We do not sell your information. Limited details may be processed by Google Cloud (Firebase, Vertex AI) and Google Workspace for storage and communication.
6. Voice assistant (Brittany)
Brittany is an AI-powered digital assistant operated on our behalf. Conversations may be processed in real time to capture your enquiry. By starting a call with Brittany you consent to that processing. You can end the call at any time by closing the dialog.
7. Referral Program
Our Referral Program rewards are described on the Referral Program page and are subject to the eligibility rules listed there. Naybur Contracting reserves the right to update the rewards structure at any time; the version in effect at the time a referral is completed applies to that referral.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, copy, brand marks, and the "Naybur" wordmark — is owned by Naybur Contracting or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use this content for commercial purposes without written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
While we work to keep this site accurate and available, we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. Naybur Contracting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by British Columbia law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
